About the Giveaway

• Giveaway will run from Tuesday, February 7, 2023 until Sunday, February 19, 2023 at 11:59pm Pacific timezone.
• Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries via drawing on Monday, February 20, 2023.
• Winner will be contacted via Direct Message by 5:00 pm Pacific timezone on February 20, 2023.
• Winners will have 24 hours after being notified by Glowforge to claim their Prize from Glowforge. Should a winner fail to claim their Prize in the given time period, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected and notified.
• Winner will be announced on Glowforge’s Instagram page.
• Winner will be emailed the Prize from a Glowforge representative within 14 days of claiming the Prize.

• No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Actual odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Releases and General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree (a) to these official rules and the decisions of Glowforge, Inc., which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) that Glowforge, Inc., any promotional partners, their parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents are released and will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death and personal injury, property, intellectual property, or rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in the sweepstakes; (c) winners acknowledge that no representation or warranty, written or oral, express or implied, in law or in fact is made for any prize except only that which may be made for that prize in the limited warranty, if any, provided with that prize by the manufacturer of that prize. Glowforge reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a promotion if any problem — regardless of whether or not the problem is in the control of Glowforge — prevents the promotion from running as planned.

Dispute Resolution/Choice of Law

Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and or Glowforge, Inc. in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard for the conflicts of law doctrine of that State or any other jurisdiction, and all proceedings shall take place in King County, State of Washington.
