Improving connectivity - needs your help! We have a firmware update ready that will improve your machine’s ability to connect to our servers. Most printers will update the next time you turn your Glowforge off and on. However, if you reboot your system and it doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi, please follow the instructions on setup.glowforge.com. This will reset your connection and ensure the update is downloaded.
Planned downtime Tuesday night This Tuesday, Dec 3rd at 11:30 PM PST, we’ll be making an update to our servers with security and reliability improvements. Our site may be unavailable for up to an hour. Prints in progress will continue, but you may not be able to start a new print. You can check the status of this (or any other outage) at status.glowforge.com.
