Improving connectivity (2/11/20)

Two connectivity improvements are heading your way! One will make your Glowforge more likely to stay connected when the Wi-Fi signal is poor, and the other allows the software to retry more intelligently when there’s a network problem. Your printer will update the next time you turn your Glowforge off and on. In the unlikely event that your printer doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi, after you reboot please follow the instructions on setup.glowforge.com to reset your connection.

If your Glowforge does go offline for some reason, you’ll see a new option to help with troubleshooting. Clicking the “Get help here” link will get you troubleshooting tips to improve your Wi-Fi connection.
