One of the first cuts I made was to cut a simple minecraft sword:

Things didn’t go perfectly.

I may have cut instead of scored

But I’ve iterated on this project a few times, learning about different things with each version.

And now I’m pretty happy with this layered version to get the right size and thickness.

Thinking we’ll paint it, as I haven’t quite found an engrave setting that really satisfies me for these big consistent areas.
