Why We Need You

Here’s what you’ll be doing

  • You will be responsible for the inventory management of our global E2E supply chain, including returned logistics.
  • Additionally you will be implementing best-in-class supply chain practices. When our customers get their lasers exactly when they expect and are delighted with the results, you will know that you made it possible.
  • Specifically, your role will include ensuring our inventory levels are accurate across systems and supply chain, and lead inventory reconciliation at the end of each month
  • You will be assessing inventory levels and practices across our supply chain and leveraging your subject matter expertise to reduce inventory levels while improving supply performance, business processes and systems
  • You will be implementing EDI links with supplier and retail customers in collaboration with our IT Systems group
  • You will be leading supply chain process and system improvement projects for NetSuite and Shopify as a subject matter expert
  • You will be the backup for the supply and operational planning manager

You need these qualifications

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience, and 7+ years of experience in hardware supply chain management
  • Strong data analytics and management skills in various IT systems
  • You have mapped and improved complex E2E global supply chain processes and systems
  • You have implemented and integrated IT systems, internally and with suppliers. Along the way, you’ve demonstrated effectiveness in working with cross functional teams to reconcile inventory at month and year end, and to improve business processes and systems
  • Extensive ERP experience, preferably NetSuite and Shopify
  • Significant hands-on involvement with the supplier management and collaboration

It would be nice if you…

  • Have extensive Supply & Operational Planning experience
  • Are certified in lean practices (green/blackbelt, 6 sigma, etc)
  • Have worked at a start-up or fast paced, growing company
